WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Medium - This is our most popular and versatile size and what you need in most situations.

Large  - Tall ceiling, larger scale? This is the diameter you are looking for.

WHAT LENGTH SHOULD I ORDER?

Rods are measured end to end and must be ordered to the exact inch. Please note: we do not make allowances for your finials. When taking measurement, please make sure to allow room for both finials. For more information check out our measuring and installing.

WHY SHOULD I ADD WANDS TO MY ORDER?

Wands hook onto your rings so that you can easily slide your draperies without damage to the drapes. You can match your wands with your drapery hardware or choose white to match the drapery lining. Another reason to add wands is that it gives a finished look to your hardware to tie everything together.

ARE YOUR RODS ADJUSTABLE?

No, these rods are never adjustable. Each order is custom made to your specifications. We provide quality products that will bear the weight of your draperies and are built to last over time. Every order is checked and rechecked to ensure you receive your exact measurements.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?

Because every order is made custom, our standard turn-around is 15 business days/ three weeks. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but in order to achieve the highest level of quality assurance, we cannot guarantee anything faster than this.

CAN YOUR HARDWARE BE USED OUTDOORS?

All of our finishes are capable of withstanding outdoor elements with the exception of Vintage Gold.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All of our hardware is custom made for you and therefore non-returnable. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If there was an error with your order, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue. For more information please see our policy.

WHY LABEL MY ORDER BY WINDOW?

If you order more than one window treatment at a time, it can get confusing and time consuming sorting through the hardware to find what you need. Label each window, and we will specially tag your items by room.
