We know shipping can be expensive and frustrating so we make our shipping options straightforward and affordable for all orders and all locations within the contiguous United States.

Return Policy

All of our hardware is custom made for you and therefore non-returnable. Your complete satisfaction is our goal—if there was an error with your order, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that’s been damaged in transit or it is defective, we’re happy to set up a prompt replacement. Please contact us upon receipt. In order to receive a replacement, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product to request an exchange for the same item.

Holidays & Weekends

All orders placed over the weekend are received the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 additional days for order confirmation.

Maison Lane offices and shipping department will be closed on certain holidays. Orders submitted on the following holidays will not be processed until the next open business day: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve Day.
