Orders are made to your exact specifications. Because of this, orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you have placed an order and need to make a change, you can check on the status of the order to find out if production has begun on your order. We strive to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to assisting you in getting your order updated.
INCLUDED HARDWARE
Recommended brackets are included with your order. Finials always come in pairs. We know that hardware can get complicated so we have tried to simplify that process for you—for details on exact hardware included with your order, visit us here.
SHIPPING
At Maison Lane, we take special care to packaging your hardware in our shipping department for a safe and timely arrival. However, if your hardware is damaged or missing items please contact us as soon as possible. Upon arrival, you have two days to file a claim of missing or damaged items.
